Default Torres box help 12" nsv1

So i'm building a box for a 12'' nightshade v1. I plugged in what i wanted into torres and got roughly 2 cubes at 33.5hz. I want to know if i have to factor in the 3/4 mdf in the cut sheet? I attatched the screen shot from torres and im really just trying to figure out the cuts.

This is what i've come up with for my cut sheet:
Top: 26x16
Bottom: 26x16
Left: 13.5x15.25
Right: 13.5x14.5
Front: 22.5x13.5
Back: 26x13.5
Port 1: 13.5x14
Port 2: 13.5x12
Baffle: 21.75x13.5

Thats with factoring in the 3/4 mdf... Hope this isnt too confusing, i just dont want to mess up. First time using torres. Any help would be appreciated. I'm sure im making this way harder than it needs to be.

It shoulda have a spot to check .75" wood thickness. should be set to that at default.

Yeah I have the .75" wood thickness selected, but I didnt know if it took it into considertation. I've used re box builder in the past so transferring to this seems different... Much better, but different.

I never go with Torres' cut sheet. After plugging in numbers, I draw it out in sketchup and then take my measurements from that.

Ok thanks. And I just changed the background color because I could see it better that way. I think I'll jut go with my gut and go ahead and cut what I have. I think it should work.

I just downloaded sketchup earlier this week and I'm getting the hang of it. There is a really good tutorial video on youtube done by caraudiofabrication for google sketchup. He shows step by step how to draw a box. Good luck.
