Default Dual Parallel 6th order

If you can manage to understand my drawing,

Is that how one would look? and how would you 'tune' the sides? Because when it says I need 20" of port length, do I just split it between the sides?...

Series tuned the rear ports fire into the box, parallel tuned the ports don't fire into the box, they fire into the cabin just like the front ports

Yup, series tuned 6th. The rear chamber(s) are tuned to your low frequency cutoff (the start of the passband), and the front chamber is tuned to the high frequency cutoff (the end of the passband). That's a very rough explanation of them.

Just like a ported box, if you're using two separate chambers you can't divide port length while keeping the same port area. I have a feeling based on your drawing that you have waaay too much rear port area. It only needs to be 5-10 in^2/ft^3.

it would be 100-150sq then for the rear chamber. So for the two separate chambers I should just calculate a simple ported box and find the same tuning for it? Then just build that on both sides?

I can't really comment on port area since you have yet to mention the subwoofers you're using, but rear port area is about half that of what you would use on a regular ported box

You are modeling that enclosure incorrectly.

And yes, that would essentially model out like a series tuned 6th. In akabak, you could model it more specifically but in the end it would not be worth it as the vehicle will have more of an effect on the response than modeling the exact geometry of the enclosure.
