If your going to get fancy with all the 45s, interlock them as well! :-p Makes for more work but things just go together so much better. I try to do it all the time.

My opinion is on the front wall rear wall and let side wall on the inside remove those braces use threaded rod front to back air will flow much better.

Nice design, my only opinion is I've played with the skar vvx 15 d4 and their qts was way to high for any type of efficency in ported box.... which ones u using?

What do you mean which ones I'm using?

And I think they would still be decent in a ported box, but with the lows fs and higher qts I agree. I wish we had room for a 4th order here.
