sub is only 1000w rms and that 2000d wont come near A real clean 2000w
more like 1500ish watts at best,.. voltage drop and impedance rise kills and crappy music
im not gonna design a box but i suggest starting at 6 to 7 cubes net and 14 to 16" of port per cube

Thank you so much guys for the help.. Determining the port area is something i havent done. Ive went down this road before and just left it up to the design pros . Besides the obvious difference in numbers on the tune, how is 33 and 37 compare to what its going to sound like?

37hz tuning will make the sub/box play about 2dB louder and be more 'musical' because it puts the peak from 50-60hz with nearly no loss below tuning compared to 33hz tuning.

Turn the subsonic filter down to 15hz and enjoy the loud 'music' and forceful lows.
