Default Is this too rediculous? 15-12's in a truck bed

It takes up my entire bed within the wheel wells (batteries on the sides). Ratios look OK. Port is maxxed out (can't cut anymore). Anybody seen one similar to this and how did it sound?

Any comments are appreciated.

BTW I built this one and it sounds awesome!

I think you would be better served going less subs and a larger ratio. The gain in efficiency would offset the loss in cone area and your port would be closer to what you need sq in wise.

How about this. Ratios are almost perfect 2:1. 45%port/cone area.

I've been told the long low 4ths don't load properly and the rear drivers may unload prematurely.

Could you fit 8 with a V?

you could time align if you have enough amps and do it in rows. keep the phase closest to the port at 0. then the next row up the phase, then the next a little more etc.

Not uncommon at all. I got a AS&S mag an old issue that has 8 pyle pro subs in a bandpass type enclosure utilizing the bed of his truck with a thick piece of lexan covering the top.
