Default Sa 10 box volume q's

Is 6 cubes to much space for 4 sa 10's? 1.5 per sub? They will be running off 2 tx1.2000 soundstream amps, (so maye 3k all together) it will be ported to 30hz. I've bought all my wood for it and am ready to go.hopefuly will be starting it on Monday so I'd love all your opinions. Here's the design

You should be fine, 6 cubes should let those subs get down!!!!

9 x 6 = 54 sq in of port,
54/6 = 9" per cube

that seems kinda small for 4 10's

That just what I can fit without bending the port, think I should lengthen it? Or make it wider? I really wanted to avoid making it bend, it's about 6 cubes, I need to figure out the volume that the triangular prism takes out out of te space, anyone care to figure out and do the math?

I don't exactly get the whole ratio thing. Ad how do you get that from 9 x 6? How does that take into account for thelength

port area is l x w
port area usually tells people how the sub/box volume will balance out

all port volume is used for is to figure your net box volume (subtract it from gross)
