Question box help 1 15'' Massive Audio DMX stg2

looking for some help building a ported box for a DMX stg2 15'' its going in a 2000 toyota camry. trunk measures 40W X 20H X 30 inches deep. i was recommended 3 cubic feet at 33hz im only wanting to run 1000 watts rms from a sundown audio SAZ1000D amp on this at first and if i get bored i will bump it up to 1500 watts rms. also if i can run this sub in a enclosure it would be fine too. ive been trying to mess with a box builder but im thinking they are all not as accurate as they could be. I also tried to email massive audio last week with no luck. i will be calling them whenever they open for business. any help would be great.

Looking to have the box 3 cubic feet at 42 hz port should be 12x3.5x10 inches. Xmax is 27mm if this info helps.

Torres calc says:

16.5 h x 30 w x 18 d

port: 15 h x 4 w x 22 l

result: 3.03 net volume, 60 in2 of port, 41.89 Hz tunning

Box would look kinda like my avatar, except use 1 sub of course.

Your port size is for a box that is 13.5" tall. (13.5" - 1.5" (that 2 3/4" boards for top and bottom)) you get 12" tall for the port. This spec is for a box for 12" subs.....

Changed my mind any help with this? im now wanting a box that is 3 cubic feet at 33-35 hz. What about this box? I used RE box calculator
30w x 17h x 16 d

Port is 2.5 w x 12.75 l x 15.5 H

Says the box is 3.1 cubic feet at 33.11 hz

I could probably make the box wider and slightly bigger on the depth
