Default 4 12's @ 32hz box design Q's

I designed this box for my buddy and need to know the port length, te port is 8" tall and 13" wide, im wondering do i do 13.5" physical length or do i do 22" long port length? it has 1 common wall. Also it's for 4 pioneer premier champion series pro 12's, he has 2 already on a soundstream rub1.1600, he will be adding 1 more amp and 2 more of the subs.

This is what I came up with, 37" wide x 20.5" tall x 29" deep, plexi window and 6" of space from his rear hatch to the port.

Here's my Torres shit

says port needs to be 22" long so it needs to go back 22"
u want shorter port length tune it higher.. but 1.85cubes for a port is decent displacemnt

22" long port total depth including the .75" thickness of the wood on the front side where the plexi is. So you would most likely cut your port pieces 21.25" deep and whatever width your port is.

But what about the physical port length on there? I always had read that you go by the physical length

The physical port length is the length of the actual walls. It is only really different if your port turns.
