Default sick of odd cutout diameter measurements...

why cant they all be simple like all the sundown subs?! building a box for a threatcon 12" and the cutout is 11.18".... after finding the radius it came out to 5 3/5" now whats the closest 16th above that? would it be 5/8's?

11 3/16" = 11.1875"

So I'd do 5 10/16"

i used to do that haha, but if you dont have the gasket set down perfectly round then your whole will be oblong.

wanna know my method? i take a home depot paint stick, i drill a 3/32" hole on one end then i measure the radius of the whole i want to cutout and drill another 3/32" hole, i then stick a thumb tac through the middle hole in the center of where i want the cutout to be and i stick a pen in the measured hole and then just spin it around and boom, works perfect everytime. then i cut it with a jigsaw hahaha
