Default Need design for 2 10-SAs

Im going to down grade to 2 10-SAs dual 4s was running 3 and blew apart my box 3 times now. Going to keep running on a SAZ-1500v1 for a while. Going to do firing forward like I was with the 3 subs in the trunk of a chrysler 300.

Box built with with glue first time, glue and screws second time, glue screws and wooden dowels to support flexing of the box. Been doing this since the 90s man pretty sure I know how to build a box. Just a lot more pressure in the short box. See design

Theres no way that box should be falling apart. Use titebond 1 5/8" screws birch wood and 3/4 to 1" dowels if you dont like that slap a 2x4 in there should be a brickhouse then. No nee to get rid of he 3rd sub

Not trying to be an ass but if you have been doing this for 20 years i font know why you would have built the first box just with glue.... You have 3 10s on close to 2000 watts dosent surprise me at all the first one fell apart.

Well getting rid of third sub for now. Trying to drop down and run more efficient. 1 of the 10s will be going up for sale soon. This is a daily driver car and probably sees a lot more play time then most as my drive to and from work is about an hour each way.

silly people. you dont need screws on enclosures. for years its been known just to back the screws out of the box then fill with wood filler.
My guess is your glue joints are poop and the cuts are off in size
