Yes and no..yes I want to beat my previous high of 147 when I had 2 m1 xl 10s..but no bc I'm not tuning higher than 34...lol...I still want it to be musical and do a solid number..if my old xls could do it in 2cu tuned to 34, I have confidence these will do it too

ok so im bringing this back up...im not impressed at all right now (I KNOW its the box)...if my math is right, im at 3.5cu net and 31hz...I understand this is a big box for these but its what im working with until I build a new one...but im hearing different things on what to build...murphy told me 1.75-2cu a long time ago, the person in charge of the fb page told me 2.5-3cu and taylor is telling me 3cu...I want LOUD...I cant imagine that just by dropping it down .5cu and raising my tuning 3hz I would gain a HUGE gain...and by huge gain, im talkin about im guessing im MAYBE breaking a 40 right now...if I don't get to at least a 48 with these, ill be pissed...I wanna see results from other peoples boxes please!!

I commented on FB. I would check the phase. From there, I would look into the box. The 3 cube 1 6" sounds good. You can shrink from there or add port area until its as peaky like you want. Also.. is there a chance that your thick baffle is choking the basket opening? The 10" don't have a lot of opening behind the cone

Also I heard the port is 18" long and close to the back wall? That port sounds very long.
