Default Box specs for one Tantric HDD 15?

Hey guys,

i am about to acquire a tantric hdd 15 and cannot find the specs for the speaker to save my life lol.

my design will be a standard forward-firing trunk box and will be double baffling the front. (possibly inverting it due to having a badass lime green basket)

i guess what i'm trying to get at is, at 2500wrms, how large should i make the enclosure and port area for this sub to make it slam from 32-36hz?

any help would be GREATLY appreciated. thanks!

4.5cf is a great size. A lower tune like 28-30hz will flatten the response, but a low-mid 30's tune will give you a bump in output.

would you recommend the 28-30 tuning with these? i want them to be able to hurt lol. this may be a noob question, but how can i calculate the tuning without knowing the specifics of the sub? and have you had any experience reverse mounting the hdd?

this is what murphy said for anyone else that needs help with this: "Hello Taylor....the woofer is in fact an hdd series 15 and good box for you you to try would be 4 - 4.5 ported with 14-16 inches of port per cube tuned to 33-35 hz." (i had to verify the subwoofer for a trade to made sure it was indeed an hdd)
