going in the back of an extended cab f150, subs up, ports firing to passenger side, want it to dig really low

They are a little pricy but I'd use a single 6" aero from psp for a little more port area

also for those, unless my math is fuzzy(which after that day at work it could be) the box seems a little big for that power

1 6" is more area than 2 4"??

Would 3 .5 ft3 be better? Or even 3ft3?

Yes. Use formula pi*r^2
1 6" = 28.26
2 4's = 25.12

Then divide those numbers by the cu. ft. of your box and it should give you your sq. in. Per ft. I am still getting familiar with aeros myself but I have done a lot of research so if I messed up someone please correct me haha
