Default Does plasti dip stick to mdf?

Forgive me foot knowing but I suck at carpeting and want to look at other alternatives in coverings enclosure.

Yea read the directions on the can and it will tell you about adding grit to make it handle more abuse without peeling

yes but the end grains require a ton and still dont look right. Using a sealant like glass is an option.

I agree lmao plus I believe the plasti dip may not even turn out right because the mdf may absorb some of the chemicals needed to help the plasti dip cure...but I could be wrong never tried such an absorbant surface with plasti dip lol It could bond better and cure smoother for all I know.. please let us know

it will probably stick, but won't peel back up like it does on other surfaces

I plasti dipped my box, and it does stick, actually gives it a very nice matte rubbery finish. it looks great on everything except for the edges of the sheets... looks god awful on those, and the plastidip comes off with not much abuse too.

I am planning on painting the inside of my sub enclosure white. Is plasti dip a good option? No end grain will be visible.
