Default CNC Routing Services

Anyone know of a good CNC Routing service in the San Diego area? I want to get a MOPAR logo cutout to put on a trunk pannel. My handheld jigsaw just ain't cutting it. I don't need anything fancy just 1/2 MDF to throw some carpet over. The yellow pages/internet search didn't yeild much for me. I really don't want to pay 200 bucks for a cut circle and some letters. Maybe one that ships and will not break my bank.

Thanks,

LarMoeCur

You might check online if one is already produced. The programming and cost of setting up the vacuum table is what costs. So one offs are way expensive. There is Diamond wood works in elsinore, he manufactures cabinets for a lot of companies including Polk, cerwin vega and fender. Wood Works : Diamond Wood Works - Lake Elsinore, CA I rented space from them who did some cnc routing for me. Another trick if you intend to cover it is to use 1/4 foam and cut it with an exacto knife and glue it to wherever and cover it with vinyl. Looks the same and as cheap as it gets.

I had the same thought as I was running searches. I figured, he was a metal guy. I'll shoot him an email and find out.
