Default 2 DD 9512 3/4" Baltic Birch Box Help

I am trying to build a sub box for my 2009 Scion XB [seats up] for (2) Digital Designs 9512's on (2) Audio Technix 1200.1 at 1 ohm. I am using (2) 3/4" 4' x 8' sheets of Baltic Birch and the max trunk space dimensions I have are:

Height = 24"
Width = 38"
Depth = 28" [20" from top of 45 degree angled backseat]

Picture for reference:

Looking for the best way to build my straight port box [how many cubes, tuning?, should I kerf the port?, subs facing up or back?]. All help is gladly appreciated, thank you.

Subs and port facing back, look for around 3.5-4.5 cubes net, tune to 32 for musicality or tune to 36 for a bit more output. Kerfs are always encouraged but not entirely necessary. If you need a design I can get one whipped up for you once I get home from work. Unless my teamviewer app isn't too laggy with solid works running

Subs up and port back could work well too but I think I remember another guy with an xB having better luck with both facing the hatch

Where is this "baltic birch" coming from.. Most baltic birch, as in 99% of the good stuff isn't a 4x8 sheet.. What your buying is likely 95% pine tree and just birch on the veneer layers.

The baltic birch I special ordered at Menards at $75 a 4'x8' sheet, description states that all plies are baltic birch.

Description from Menards website:
"The face and inner plies of this 3/4" x 4' x 8' Baltic Birch Plywood are all equal in thickness for more stability. This plywood features an extra-thick sanded face veneer.

Extra-thick sanded face veneer
All plies are high-quality, high-density Baltic birch

Dimensions: 3/4" x 4' x 8'
Shipping Dimensions: 96.0 x 48.0 x 0.75
Shipping Weight: 83.0 lbs"

So Low thanks for the help. If you wouldn't mind that would be great if you could whip something up! I really appreciate it; I'm handy but just wasn't sure what would be best with baffles and tuning and braces etc. I plan on carpeting the box so if you could put the lip into the design that would be awesome.

Again, thank you.

On that power on 95's you're better off with a larger enclosure. 2.75-3^3ft each sub net. 34-36hz with 16" port area per cube would be a great daily setup. I'm not real familiar with the vehicle, but I'd rather have the subs up with as close as the enclosure would be to the hatch. Something about the sound I don't like.

Subs up and port to side on bottom would work great too

not trying to push skar on anybody,this is in my 2012 xb and this is basically how i built it,these are 15s though,but each one is 3.6 per sub tuned to 30 hz ,i built it with the angle of the seats so i can save some room and not waste any space,my carpeting sucks but that will change,i have not metered it yet but it sounds awesome and to my ears gets loud,hopefully this will help with ideas,my vvx v2 15s

I have seen that link.. I guess it must be special order.. I made a trip to menards just to look at their birch and it was all garbage, althougha at 75 a sheet, the highest I saw was 45, so hopefully that stuff is the real deal.. You should throw up some pics when you get it.
