Default please help me with plans!!

cliff notes: looking for plans for a box to fit under the back seat of a 2002 silverado extended cab that is ported for two 10's ([email protected] common chamber or a separate chamber with [email protected] each side or lower tuning is fine)

i got a friend that wants to get two 10" RE SX-X's under the backseat of his 2002 silverado extended cab. He wants them ported.... he had them in a box already that was subs forward port forward. its probably some flea market box that is nowhere near specs, its supposedly 1.25cuft tuned to 35 hz in each chamber which is hard for me to believe with a port that is 3" around by 9 inches.... the issue is the box is made of 5/8" mdf in some places and 1/2" in others, total hack job and he wants it rebuilt to better specs but im starting to think it isnt possible with the space given UNLESS someone has some type of magical plans i can use.

Once upon a time there were lift brackets for the rear seat. When I made enclosures I was able to get 2 8's under the rear seat but not 2 tens. The enclosure's subs and ports fired forward.

this is what i figured, i tried to tell him that there just isnt enough room but since he has this box he thinks it is possible but first of all i doubt it is 1.25cuft in each side and if it is they used thinner mdf to achieve it.

How about fiberglass?
The CAF vids on the 'tube will show you basic skills and materials needed.
Prob have to fire the subs up into the seat though.

Default please help me with plans!!

I have a 01 gmc ext cab. Currently building for 2 dd 9510's under rear seat, I have 3.44 cu ft gross with no seat lift. I'll get some pics later but rough measurements off the top of my head are 11.25 high front, 6" high back, driver side 22" wide, hump 17" wide, pass side 18" wide and about 14" deep. External measurements. Back wall is leaned back, and I have the top cut out and extended 1.5" to take up void under seat cushion.

Clear as mud, huh? Lol
