Default 6th and 4th order help choosing subs

ive build my 6th order recently and did not do a single research bad idea i know but besides the point. i just went off of back ground knowledge and trying to have a 1:2(rear:front). im in search for new subs atm im using 2 custom build treo ssx 12s on a populus 6500.1. subs are mechanically maxed out. metering the same numbers with a ported box(38hz), 4th order(29hz), and now even 6th(29hz). ive tried regular ported, 4th order and now i even tried 6th order. I have to say. 6th order is my favorite lol. love how it sounds so musical and digs lows. back to the topic, i am lookin for new subs to try to get more output, box sec is 4.2cuft rear chamber, 7.4 front before displacement. ive built the box to try and become 3.5 rear chamber after sub displacement with a 6in aero tuned to 32. front chamber become 6.75 after port with 16sq in of port per cub. i kow thats kinda low but i love how low it get. atm the box is peaking at 29hz. thats excatly where my 4th order peaked also. im looking for 2 12s that will give me better output out of the box. atm im doing 148-149 at the head rest at 29hz. As for the box, i could just do 3 12s 4th order but the lowest i can tune my ported chamber is 44hz. i feel like that is a bit too high but im not sure. anyone out there know if it will be find? i dont mind if i peak at 33-35 as long as it can still dig low. 20-30hz with authority. i wanted to try zv4s but i was scared the 2nd chamber was gonna be a bit too small, also thought about zcons, and even HDC4s. any thoughts or opinions would help. i would love to break 150 at the head rest as low as i can lol. right now im a bit shy 147-148. but subs[IMG][/IMG] gets pretty warm after a bit anf just cant seem to handle all that power for a long period of time or squeese anymore dbs out. I'm playing with one DC Xl 15 in a 4th order.I just tuned the sealed side to 28 hz with 2 -3inch PVC pipes. I really the 4th order with two DC lvl4 I have, but looking to get more out of my trunk,my 4th is 1.6 sealed and 3.6 ported with a 6 inch areo tuned to 55 hz to start. That same box,I looked the two lvl 4's out,and put one XL 15 in it,tuned ,the seal side to 28 or so and the other side to The same 55hz.that's were I'm at now.

I'm confused. You tuned the sealed size with ports?
