Default box 4 DD 712s help

I made a box for behind the seat of my truck its like a huge truck style box 59 wide 28 high 12 btm and 8 top, I calculated it was 7.7ft and went with 3x 4" aeroports. I ended up putting 4 12s in there then realized that every sub needed a port,I should have done 4x ports?? each port is 11" long i think im low 30s htz? my issue some songs sound decent and others like crap, and even with the decent songs the subs begin to smell a bit. Im running a Sundown 3500d each 12 is 1200w rms im wired 1 ohm. DO i need the 4th port??

If you could fit It would try 3 6" ports at about 24 inches. Would put you at 32 hz they would stick out just a lil but would give you right around 11 per cube. I'm sure there's some much more experienced and more knowalgble people that could help more put 9-12 is a good port per cube for round/aeros. Just a quick rule but read Nissanbassheads post on theile small specs. A ton of amazing info. Seems like a lot to take in but really helps out.

And also you don't really have to have one per sub 1 6" is more efficient than two 4s. Two 4" is 26" of port are and 1 6" is 28" of port area. I had 4 sundown 8s in a 3 cube box with one 6" aero and it pounded. With the box you had you had about 6" per cube of port. Just trying to help with some info.
