Default Daily Wall your input is welcomed!

Haven't done one yet. I wanna tackle this sorta project.

2004 Tahoe with 2 Incriminator Audio Death Peanlty 21's. I'll probably run them at RMS value or a touch over. I'm not really one to compete but I'd like the task. I also plan to keep the second row and I can pull 20 cubes outta there easy. My goal is 20 cubes 320 sq inches at 32. Lower? Maybe.

I plan to use 1" MDF just seems more practical than gluing and screwing a bunch of sheets together. I'll just make up for the 1/2" in some glass work to its guts.

Please chime in.(I think)

Thanks

20 cubes is quite alot expecially for the power.
Are you meaning after displacements or before.
I'm guessing your meaning before?

21'' IA DPs specs call for 7.5 -10cu. ft. each. So 20cubes net for 2 would be fine......according to IA. But i would like to know if he means before or after displacement myself.

I would do more than a 1'' thick baffle, maybe 1.75'' or even 2''. And then add glass.

id double up on layers, or add threaded rods. with 2 DP's your gonna see some flex issues only using 1 1" layer

I guess I better add more.

Well I've seen threads with 3000 watts thrown at them. I figure if I'm running RMS I can go high side on the enclosure. I'd like it to be after displacements which gives me plenty of work room as far as bracing and what not just for the integrity of the thing.

I will double baffle and what not I can use my judgment there that's obvious stuff. This thing is getting studded in if space allows.

Again I'm going high side til the measurements tell me otherwise. I'm going to find that balance of integrity and performance and see where it falls.

I'm pretty crafty and have all the time in the world. I will have a nice finished product when I'm done.

I wish I came off better than as if I were building a crap house or something...lol

Gonna port on top face of wall? Not really enough surface area to center or side port.
