Default Problem with new box z4 15

I bought a new box design-caraudiofab

but unfortunately
Something does not work
It sounds weaker

It does not have the power I'm supposed to feel on my body

But I found out When I open the door The of trunk

Everything changes
for the better
Sounds strong

What could be the reason?

An old box
The volume is not enough

New box8.50_32HZ

Your first problem is the subs and port shouldn't be firing forward. Flip the box around and fire put the subs about 1' away from the hatch

Either point the box backwards. Or if ur going to keep it forward u need to wall it and seal it off lol

Make sure you do have both sub in phase of each other. I accidentally did that and audibly didn't get any sound. I swapped the one set of wire to match the other sub

Since it wasn't mentioned, that's a bad spot for the amp mount. I would find something to go in between the mounting feet/holes of the amp and to the box/enclosure. Thus, will prevent amp vibration which will kill that expensive amp. Or find another spot to mount....but looks like you got a tight situation there.

I would seriously fire it rearwards before you try and wall it off.

OK
I turn the box backwards

My problem
the box sit at the same distance
Something like 21 "from the back door

Because I have an opening there
Sitting there
amplifier sundown 4+125
And battery D7500

It really matters
Distance?

put a false wall to block the pressure from going behind the face of the box you will gain 3 to 4 DB..
