It's been quite a while since I've had a system over 20 years actually. Just ended 9 year marriage and I'm doing something for myself and putting together a system. I have two Sundown Audio SA15s that are currently in the groundshaker box I bought them in. It's a decent size box bed it is too small and I want to get the most out of my Subs as possible goal is for music not SPL. I have a 1995 Dodge B 2500 conversion van in the very back there is a bench seat that folds out into a bed do a lot of camping and going to be doing some traveling so I want to keep some sort of bed. Here's what I'm thinking I don't know if it's stupid or crazy or if it will or won't work which is why I am asking you the keepers of the knowledge. I'm thinking is take out the whole back seat and build a box that I can put like a futon mattress or something whatever a small mattress on top of it for when I go camping and use the top of the box as the bed that way I free up some room and I still have a bed in the back. Could this work and sound good and loud and be a good thing or am I not seeing something that would make it a disaster? Any and all help and comments that you all might have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!
