Default How to build a box INSIDE the trunk?

Ok some of you may remember that i plan to get a big ass box with two DD 9515's in the trunk of my 93 continental. This will only be possible if i can build the box literally inside the trunk. I have the space, but it wont fit through the opening, so obviously i have to put the box together inside the trunk..

So if anyone has done this, or has some ideas on how i can assemble the box inside the trunk that would be great to have some tips. There really wont be any room to get a drill in there to screw the thing together for most of the box either, its going to at least half covered by the trunk walls and rear deck etc..

Or you could just fire the subs upwards and avoid the hassle all together by going shorter on the height...

I did it once in an 1995 caprice. Part of it was fiberglass though and the entire deck was cut out so i could mount the subs (2 18's) in the deck. I built a 10 cu ft. box for the rear half of the trunk and glassed the rest. See if i can find some pics.
