Question help me with port area

ok, i've been searching about port area stuff for a while now, and am still not fully understanding how much to use...

i'm working on the new box design, now, it will have interchangeable port(s) again, but porting is always where i have all my questions. My competing tuning will be at 45hz again, as i've had the most success at that frequency. My box will be smaller this time, around 6.5-7 cubes, and i'm considering a slot port, but how much area should i have for it? i also have three 6" aeros to work with. With using so much power (around 6k watts for burps), should i make the port area larger? i've heard the rule of like 12-14 sq in per cubic foot, but idk if this applies here. I was thinking of doing around like 100 sq. inches of port? Let me know if anyone has suggestions.

My daily tuning will be somewhere in the mid-low 30's, using 2 of the aeroports i already have, so that one's already figured out. Hopefully someone can give me some pointers on the other port though!

its a 4 door 93 gmc jimmy, with a single 18" solo-x.

If running Spl, You wanna go pretty big. For daily, I would stick right around 16sqin per cuft. But it really depends on the sub and how much power your using. for instance.

Say you have well, 1 18" solo x in 7 cu. Daily I would make my port 112-115 sqin. If I was running SPL and was tuning high, like over 45-50 hz, and I was exceeding the rms by double, I would use about 145-150sqin of port. Again, these would be my personal preferences.

If you look at the CRX style SPL boxes, you'll see that they stick them in super tiny boxes with ports or port surface area almost equaling sd or the size of the driver. Basically a crudely designed t-line.
