Tuning lower will reduce your SPL and overall response drastically. {read: it will make your 15s be quieter than 10s..but move more air.}
4th order tuning needs to be centered on the frequencies you wish to reproduce.

You can but that is neither a requirement nor a cure-all.
Some speakers do need a much smaller rear chamber and some speakers are not suited for bandpass but it's really determined by the specifications.

The recommendation I made gives the widest bandwidth possible and the most SPL possible. {very musical and very loud}

I did generalize it a bit to make it easy. Enclosures don't need to be impossibly hard to build.

I dont know where you get your theories on how a bandpass works but i would never design one smaller than a 2 to 1 ratio. if anything i would do around 2 cube per 15 sealed and like 10-12 cubes ported tuned in the mid 30s. and thats for a daily setup.

tuned in the mid 30's huh? Have you ever actually heard a 4th order tuned below 40hz? It's not very impressive, nor does it play any type of real music. The only thing you can listen to is slowed down songs. When you are tuning a bandpass you are tuning the front chamber to the cutoff frequency. That means it has a drastic roll off after tuning.

Yes, HIS OWN CAR. Its tuned to 30hz and has a very flat response.
