Default Can somebody make sure this is close to what i want..

I want AROUND 14 cubes after port discpacement. The port is around 230 sq in. It doenst have to be exact, just close.

Box is 48" wide, 22" high, and 32" deep.. Port is width of the box (46.5") and 5" high getting the about 230 sq in. The port will be 20" long, give or take a little bit and 21" should give about 33hz tuning..?

If somone can verify that is about what i want before i start cutting. Just want to make sure i got the port tuning/length right and its around 14 cubes after port displacement

Maybe the port is taking up more room than i was thinking. I wasnt counting for sub displacement as i dont know what they really take up. I definitely want it tuned a little lower than that.. Hmm I dono what i did wrong then

Can somebody else double check this too? I keep getting a lower tuning than 37hz. Im getting lower 30's.

I already put the box together, it measures: 48" wide, 22" tall, and 31 3/4" deep.

The port is the width of the box (so port is 46.5" wide) and 5" tall. I did the port 23" long. I hope this is a decent box, as far as i can tell its close to what i want. However im going to have to brace it up since its so big im almost positive it will flex alot. Double baffling the top where the subs mount.

I really dont know.. Im getting 16.6 cubes before any sub or port displacement. I really just need to know what its tuned to and what it is after port displacement..

Actually the port is actually just under 24" long since i didnt count in the 3/4" of the front piece.

Im getting about 32hz out of this.. I dont know if thats right.. Thats almost tuned lower than i wanted, i might end up trying to take a couple inches off that port, i will see how it sounds first.. But then again, still not sure what its really tuned to right now..
