Default clamshell for 16 12s

like the title says. ive been looking everywhere trying to figure everything out.

the subs are infinity reference 1262w's 300 rms each. mounting depth 6-3/8". max dimensions are 37.5 width, 48 depth, 33 height.

i wanna do this:
Clamshell With 16 10s - SMD Forum - Page 4

but i want to do ported. anyone have experience with these/maybe possibly help me design something? thanks!!

Thats because it was a guessing game for me ! I am going to adjust my baffles to open up the rear port to raise my note in my van and get more control over my subs. All the questions ive had have gone to Mike Singer. NO IM NOT A NUT HUGGER !

lol i dont even know who that is...this is like my 2nd/3rd month into car audio. ive been looking for stuff on this for 5 hours straight now lol. i dont have any programs besides torres box thinger and that doesnt help too much. been drawing on a piece of paper and trying to calculate but i just cant get anything....helpppp meeeee lol

from what it looks like im guessing im gonna hafta just try and tune it like a normal ported box around 34-35 and hope the clam drops the tuning a bunch. even though i cant even seem to do that right now lol. wanna help me outtttt?

lol, thatd be awesome im goin nuts doin angles for the shell, calculating volumes, port size and length all on paper using google as a calculator. the volume will be a bit small for. infinity recommends 2 cubes for ported. i think i may get 1 per sub lol.
