Default what should i tune my box to?

got a 18" cascade designs omega going in a bout 5 cubes... what should i tune it too... i want this to effing pound... slap you in the face when it hits... let me know guys...

isnt 5ft^3 kinda small for a 18"?

A little of both... Rap on daily and I will b bass racing 139.9 once I get my back seat out hopefully..

The reason I ask is that in a standard 3rd order ported enclosure, tuning below 30hz is nominally useless for the NORMAL listener, as it limits much of the upper range response. One advantage is that if you do listen to alot of slowed down or bass mechanic, the slightly lower tuning will keep the speaker from unloading in the enclosure as easily. How much room do you have?

Ok.. Well I'm a daily pounder and will be doing bassrace... What do you suggest?

I love low tuning. MY opinion is stay around 32 for daily..And see how it meters. Depending on your car, having 2 different enclosures might be a must. Depending on how it peaks, where it peaks ect.... Test... tune... rinse and repeat.

You have the T/s specs on the woofer by chance? I didnt see them on the site.
