year make and model of your truck would help you greatly here. Each vehicle reacts differently to enclosure designs and someone on the forum may have the same one as you and can then chime in with this info for ya!

I prefer subs up with 15's, but since your seats don't fold down, it's not likely to make much difference. Subs either up or back and port either back or to the side.

If it were my car... I'd do subs up/ port to the side.

that rule there big is something someone started to sway them to go with there design lmao. really bro subs up in those big ass caddy's an box chevy's wang just as hard as sub an port back.
but i am gonna aggeree with taylorfade up there. sub up port to the sid should work ok. if not you can turn the box an do sub up port to the back lol. its just something thats gotta be tested. oh an get some fatmat or something for that deck lid cause its gonna sound shitty without it.

You will be happy as long as the subs arent right behind the seat but towards the end of the trunk.

I would recomend taking out 5x9s or whatever if there is any on the deck and let the waves pass easier through them.
