Default A new build for a Mercedes Ml 430

Looking for some good ideas for another re-build in my Merc ml 430 I have built most style cabs except for a 4th or 6th order,
Remember all my builds are C-pillar builds so that I can still seat 5 if I want to; my last setup was 8x12” subs flat wall. My current build is 2x18” Mmats juggy’s each sub has a 2k amp at 1ohm. Now using my new measurements decreasing depth to 19 ½, gross vol = 17.32 cft -1 cft subs =16.32 cft – port rough figure 1.32 cft =15 cft – bracing 1 cft = 14 cft. So around 14 cft left so 7 cft per driver.
What do you guys suggest building and why.

I currently do a comp in London England called propperdroppers. Web address.

Goal is as close to 150db across the below numbers but probably don’t have enough power for that but want to be very close
http://www.propperdroppers.com/
Testing formats, peak spl, 40hz , 33hz , 25hz , 20hz.
Measurements forward of current build is 92” to windscreen, 64” wide 48” high
Subs 18” x 2 mmats juggernaut
Amps Oz audio v2000.1 x 2 one on each sub.
Amp spec, 1 x 500W @ 4 ohms (12.5V)
1 x 600W @ 4 ohms (14.4V)
1 x 1000W @ 2 ohms (12.5V)
1 x 1100W @ 2 ohms (14.4V)
1 x 2000W @ 1 ohm (12.5V)
1 x 2100W @ 1 ohm (14.4V)
Batteries 3 x C&D tech 80 ah, and 100 ah under bonnet 150amp alt.
Can you help with a design of sorts, thank you for taking the time.

as for bandpass im not sure if the juggys will take it as i have heard they ripp apart when used in bandpass just not sure which order.

Maybe in an improperly built one. the only reason drivers do not work well in all types of enclosures is mainly due to the response changes, which are more acoustical than physical.

Hey, it's me! woke up early and saw your reminder message, and have a few minutes to help a little.
Have a lot of questions but one at a time.
1. do you plan to reach the desired spl from 20-40Hz in those increments from the headrest or another location? if headrest or other location, please give dimensions to that location, for instance,
if headrest, how many inches from top, from front of windshield, and from drivers window? If other location, same applies.

This will allow for precise measurement of the desired response. I am working on calculating the vehicle gain right now. I will get some room modes and resonances figured soon to figure what effects it will have on the calculated response that will be figured later.

So, just answer that for now, and Ill ask more questions later.
THanks.

I wish to reach the desired spl from headrest. The distance from the top of the headrest to the windshield is 33” and to the driver side window is 12”

Ok, next is......do you have the full specs on these drivers? and are they the 18s that your using still? If not, I can calculater for them with the basic specs to get somewhat close to broken in specs to use for a design.

Next, Iknow you mentioned having a specific volume to work with, 7 cubes/sub, but do you have the max dimensions you are willing to use? This will be for a model.

maybe more questions to come.
THanks
