It sounds like you might be using winisd or some program for it. If that is true, you will need the mechanical factors put in the parameter sheet before the proper port can be calculated. It is basically telling you that not all of the parameters required are existant in the driver information...likely qts or something like that parameter where mechanical limitations are a factor for tuning.
