Default 2 SA-12s Box Design Help

Hello, just ordered two SA-12's D4 from Jacob. I would appreciate any help with a design for a slot port with the following specs:

Sub/Port Back
4 CUFT Net
48 SQIN of Port
32 Hz Tuning
Total sub displacement is .28 CUFT

I would like a double front baffle, just straight slot port, no 45's in the corners. It is going in a 2001 Expedition with the third seat taken out so I got lots of room.

I can pay but something reasonable LOL. Thanks.

You just want it to be deep enough to fit one straight port? Center clot?

Post dimensions, etc.

Center clot or L port, which ever would be better.

slots take up too much space man if your doing big boxes they fine but since you want that much port aera thats mean it has to be bigger box.
aero's are better i think. where you think your box is 5cubes with a slot an long port it turns to 3cubes

Supa - I respect your input and willingness to help, but at times I question how relevent it really is.
Cleveland, if you wanna toss me like 5 bucks Ill get to it. PM me with dimensions, vehicle, power, what kindof response youre looking for and so on.

And why no 45s? Woodshop can cut them or someone local.

Edit - Aero ports may be useful in this case that the OP may not have tools to cut 45s and the like. But then youll need to buy something to cut the proper hole size and such, so it evens out..

How relevant? Really. Please indulge me on what you mean. He wanted a certain amount of port aera at a certain freq. With that in mind his box would have been 5-6 cubes before disp an like 3-4 after. How much sense does that make? If it was me I would go with aeros, but it's not mine to get the tuning he is gonna have to use less port not sure on how much less but its less.

In this case, as always, you suggested aero ports even when the OP stated a big box is fine. Your only argument was box size, which is already null/void. What makes you think an aero would be better than a slot port? If size is not an issue for him then we have available all options to look at that would be most pleasing for the listener. Could aeros be the solution? Sure. Are they the end-all soltion? Not a chance. Perhaps he has room but in order to fit the aero port(s) he would need to make a longer box of less width. This would obviously be wasting more space and less than optimal, none the less look super goofy. Aero ports more often than not are a hassle. Unless you need to change tuning on the fly, slot ports give you much more control. Not every port has to be straight you know.

And as an added bonus, Aero ports cost more money and require extra tools to get the job done.

Lastly, relevancy in this case is guaged by user's request. The post states specifically slot port - which implies an understanding of different port types (including aero/round). Even then, he specified slot.
