Default 4- sa-12 in a cavi ??

looking for some advice

currently have 5 cube box built with 2 sa-12 subs forward port driver side panel
running of a bc2000 @1ohm before rise tuned to 30hz with 2-4" aero

stock electrical 1 batt up front autozone special and a run of 1/0

anyway i just got up on the term lab last night thanks to focused anyway
im hitting 141.6 max on music peak around 32-34hz

now im looking at maybe adding 2 more sa-12's and getting down to .5ohm
of course i plan on upgrading electrical to support we wont worry about that now

my question is i need help would this be possible in the first place ? and im going to need help with a box design that would work well

17"h x 31"w x 27"d is my max dimensions i can fit into the car

With those being your max dimensions it would be 6.1cf after sub displacement but you still need a port but if you could run port external and run about 1,000rms to each sub than that box may work. For port I'd run either 2 6" aeros or 1 8" aero.

Or if you only wanna run 3 subs just make box a tad smaller

bigger or smaller box doesn't matter to me. but if i went with 3 and kept the large box i wouldn't need as much power correct ?

sa's are rated 600rms, my crescendo is rated 2250 @1 13.8. So with 3- d4's wired down to .66 i should be around 2300 2400 watts im assuming.

i no ports are a little small but this is what rookie class allows 1 x 4" for each sub

btw this isn't just for spl i just want to be able to have fun with it here and there like i do now lol

ya more rattles from the rear deck i noticed when i did it...

just upgrade to more power and beefier subs if you want it to be louder.

to big of a box in a trunk can also be bad.

is this going in a cavilier or what exact car?
