Default ugly box help (dimensions, port measurent, etc)

I got an ugly box with the subs I bought recently. it was free.

the box is huge. i measured it to be 32x14.623x22.5. The thickness of the majority of the wood is .8125 but the rear piece is thinner. Using the numbers given and not accounting for the thinner piece, I figured inner cubes to be 4.76953.. (the12volt.com). It has a port and using backwards math, i believe it is tuned to somewhere around 32.65 hertz. I do not know because I do not know how to measure the depth of the port.the inner wall is shorter and the outer wall of the box is longer, but has a wedge like build in the corner. so how do i measure it's depth?

also I think the top of this box "flexs" with the subs. I'm really sure this is bad...anyway to fix this? My subs are monsters with 33mm excursion which is why i think it flexs.

Let me know any tips or if I should just build a new box.
(ideal Treo spec box calls for at least 4.2 cubes and a 40sq in port)

Post up a sketchup of it all with dimensions and someone/myself may be more willing to lend a hand.

As far as the flex...I'd cut a support to put in there with it glued and screwed into place, this should fix that.

i believe it has a brace, it has two "chambers" that are communal space yet seperated for each speaker.

"You can take a woofer out and have a look"

Meaning that you can take one of the subwoofers out and look inside to decipher whether or not it has a support etc.

a picture with at least one sub out may be better to show what they are working with to give some recommendations to fix it. I usually double or triple baffle my boxes especially when it is a powerful sub and put an internal brace in there but I am not sure why it would be separated but yet have a hole in it unless the brace is going the same way as the baffle itself and is just used as a brace instead of long ways like it would be trying to separate the subs from each other
