Default Bad Numbers, help?

Went to a meca event yesterday, it was my friends build that i had a hand in just as much as him, We did no get the numbers we wanted. The truck is a 2007 Double Cab Tacoma.

SA 15 D2
SAE-1000d (need more powa)
Box is 3.03 cu/ft at 40htz with a single 6" areo (27 inches of port)
Sub was up and port was 6-8" away from the driver side rear door.

We were surpised when we didnt let to use tones and they wanted to measure on the driver side headrest.

We wanted this as our strictly spl box but it did no work out so well.
Numbers were 133.2 at 46htz and 136.6 at 54htz i beleive. If i missed anything let me know, but any help would be accepted, the goal was 140 with a 600rms sub, but it didnt work out so well.

From my experience the SA15's like 3.25-3.5 net. I'm running mine in 3.25 off an AQ2200D, so on that power bigger wouldn't hurt matters any.

Also how many in^2 per cube do you have? I haven't tried aero's with my SA15 yet, but from what I've read 8-10 works really well. I'm doing a slot with 15in^2 per at 35hz and on a AP15001D was doing much better numbers than that.

Also, sometimes trucks just suck on a meter. My Titan is a ***** sealed up, Outlaw it comes to life.

Also, you LITERALLY could be seeing next to nothing for power. After rise you could be under 500 watts who knows

You have the ports too close to the front...You need them at the rear of the vehicle. And if the cabin is small then shooting for the car's main resonance freq may be a lil higher up then you imagine.(could be around 50hz).

meca event...so the door on the opposite side of the meter was open? My tacoma likes subs forward with port facing up.
