Default Enclosure Adjustment Opinions

Well i decided that even though i just made this box, i have to make soem adjustements. Since i do not have the time or $$ or heart to tear a box i just built apart and start over, i am just going to adjust this one. Now as you can see, both the ports and sub are fireing in the trunk, not towards the "cabin", and i want to change that, becasue the box damn near seals off any of the ports or subs bass from getting into the cabin.
See:

Option A:
I have a square port, that i would put into this opening:

Between my back seats, and it would fire right through there, then i could also stick with my whole intercahngeable ports too.

Option B:
Make soem 4" PVC goign right through the rear deck in the stock speaker location on each corner of the rear deck:

But this way, interchangeable ports, are not an option.

I am also goign to put my backseats on a hingle and make some way for them to fold down (becasue now, they do not )

Opinions?

Open up space for the air to flow through the rear deck? I found out that's where most of the sound enters my cabin anyway...

oh those pics are your rear deck... I thought that was the box showing behind your seats... I'm retarded. Do you have space somewhere on the rear deck that you could cut out or something that there isn't MDF below the sheet metal? If so, I'd cut/add pipe there, but probably just cut...

Yeah try open up space in the rear, remove your rear speakers and see if that helps, other wise you might have to do serious mods to the box, since I can see that your ports go up then turn around and come back to the rear, that blocks just about alot..

IS that piece of mdf were the 90 degree elbow's go part of the enclosure or just to make things look nice, or is it the port, Kinda hard to explain ..lol...Yeah your box blocks alot of space up...As for cutting the rear deck leave it as a last resort since you say you have no speaker sin teh rear and the mdf is very close to it anyways...But if you were to cut you can use a jig sawm saw saw or a metal shear gun if available..

It is part of the enclosure, it is like a seperate chamber that i needed to use to get the right volume out of the box.

My overall question is how i should change my ports...
