Default Need help on Brutus subs sealed 2 12's

I just wanted to add some bass into my wife cavalier and went to the garage and found me some old subs I used like over a year ago, They are hifonics Brutus BX12d4, and well I want to save space since see carries lots of crap in the trunk of that coupe, its a 2000 Cavalier,

Anyways I made the box sealed and 1.21 per chamber so that the box would play lows but I think it's 2 low know and won't play mid or high bass, Unless I need a bigger better amp, I am running a Punch 500s at 4 ohms, I need some help picking the best deal sealed or ported, When I had 4 of these the box was 8 cubes ported, so each had 2 cubes, but I need space int he car so I would like to stay under 3.5 cubes for the pair

Manual says sealed 1 cube at 51.7 Fc, Should I just do it 1 cube per sub

Last part on the ported is as follows

box volume 1
Fb 36.74
Port Size 3"x10"
Fp 39.81

I am using again a punch 500s 2 channel bridged at 4 ohms (500 watts) and subs are 600 rms each....DO you think maybe adding more amp that the box might sound better

Anyways I would appreciate the help

1.o seems wayyyy too small.

I would build a 3.5 with 35 hz tune.

Those will work in as little as 1.5cf each. I have never liked them sealed. Go ported as big as you can.

Thanks, Yeah these wer ein my dakota for a few days, had 4 in 8 cubes and was loud as heck, but then I sold 2 to a guy anf had these, decided to follow manual and the result was ok, but I will have to go ported and will have to measure car again and use as much space without loosing that much cargo room, Might have to use figer glasss to simply get as close to the trunk shape of the cavy

Thanks
