Default Choices, blow through, underseat, sealed or bandpass

Okay guys I have been out of the game for a while and want your opinions. I have a 03 f150 Harley davidson crew cab. I have two options a blown through box or a small sealed and ported box behind or under the rear seats. If I choose behind the rear seat or under I will need to run a slim sub. My eyes are on the alpine type r's. If I choose to run the blown through which design should I take ported,6th order,4th. I would be using either a pair of 12 inch mmat juggernaunts or a pair of treo SSx 15's for the blow through setup. My goal is to be in the mid to low 140's and I'm not sure the type r's can pull it off in the minimal space to work for.(max maybe .70 for each sub)

Options
Blown through with juggernaut 12's or treo SSx 15's
Sealed or ported under the seat with alpine type r's

I wouldn't cut up a truck like that... I almost did a blow-through in my lightning but I am very content with 2 8's behind the seat vented on 1500. Rattles my master cylinder in the engine.

Why not go half way. If you did a blow thru you would have to remove your back seats. So just remove your back seats and put a nicely sized box back there.

Incould do behind the seat but I'm still reduced to the slim style subs. The top of my box has to be 2 inch slanted down to 4 3/4. The rear seats don't slide forward or back so I'm stuck kind of. And if I build the box behind the seat I'll have to make it as slim as possible so the subs don't hit the back of the rear seats.

Un bolt your back seats. And chunck em. Better than cutting a hole in your truck.

ive never liked to see subs under the seats. if your willing to cut up ur truck taking out the back seat should be no issue. or is your back bench split in two? maybe u can take out half and put a proper box in its place

I'm willing to cut it if I can't get the perfoamce I want out of the slim fit subs. Does anybody have any recommendations on a slim series subs that can meet my goals? I want to keep it around $200/sub as all the subs i mentioned above I can get at that price. If this helps I listen to alot of alt metal/rock music and have a 2100watt Hifonics Brutus going to push the subs of choice. I can make the box about 22-24 inches high by 48 inches wide. The top of the box will be approx 2-3 inches then slanted down to 4-5 inches. Subs have to be mounted at the lowest points possible

Doesn't that truck have a rear center console? If so I would run a sub there.

I have a 3rd rear seat in place of the old console. Removing the rear seats is not an option. I can run 3 twelve inch slim for subs across the back wall or 2 of the earthquake sws 15 slim fit subs. If I run under the seats I will have to make 3 individual boxes and limited to slim 10's unless I want the box to stock out from under the seats.
