Default Recharging Neo Motors

Does anyone out there know how to recharge A Diamond 4" D9tdx NEO Motor? I just got this from my buddy and it doesnt have any pull to it. It's just to nice to call it a paper weight. I dont have a basket yet so If you know where i can get one please pm me.
I have done a little research but i know the best way to get this handled is to go to the pro'z.

In his other thread he was referring to the neos being dead/no longer magnetic so id assume by "no pull" he means it wont pull a metal object to it

Default &No pull$

It has a good pull but it doesn't feel like its as strong as others I've dealt with. It's still strong enough that I can't get them apart by hand. I would like to drain it and give them a recharge. There's not a lot of places that deal with the neo magnets. I can get ferrite done right by house for $20 but they are easy to get to. I made a pole to get them apart but if I can't get it recharged I'm leaving it like it is and putting it together.

I consider it no pull because it's obvious that it's not enough to work. I'll pull it apart and test the rings when I get time.

Different motor designs have different amounts of flux leakage. Doesn't matter what type of magnet you use. How are you figuring the "lack of pull"? Neo does not loose power as people think. You have to get that slug HOT for a long time.

I have that same motor, it is not a very strong motor to begin with.

Default Neo pull

I got the motor from a friend that had it laying around along with 50 other subs so there's no story behind it. Its not in the basket like it should be so somewhere something went wrong at some point. There's no discoloring or burnt smell to it. I'm not going to be building it for SPL so as long as it performs well I'll b happy.
