Good painter or not an after market paint job can never match a factory one. Frame up restoration maybe but paint booths can't recreate the temp due to the fact the car is assembled. I was a used car manager for five years, sold and bought cars at auction and assessed trade-in, a qualified person can always tell a non factory paint job.
