Default biggest engine possible in an oldsmobile or the like

ok, i thought about that for some time, i might wanna build a car just for fun on the dragstrip

a realy beat up oldsmobile or something like that (now don't beat me) something like the white car at the beginning of tokyo drift,

what would be the biggest engine i could fit in there without rebuilding the whole car? is there something like a 8 or 9 litre engine for arround 3k?

What kind of oldsmobile?

I had a '81 cutlass (g-body) and the biggest I remember seeing someone put in there was a crate 502 and was bored/stroked to some number.

the car wasn't just for the track either,

Anything over the 454 or 455 is a tight squeeze in G-bodys.

Anything over the 454 or 455 is a tight squeeze in G-bodys. With that, it will be a nasty street car, for track throw some goodies on it.
