You'll want a wide rim with 0mm offset or standard rim with negative offset (-__mm offset, probably no more than -20mm or so...)
Standard for your truck is 0mm with a 8.5" wide rim, so a 10" rim with 0mm offset will stick out 3/4" more than stock, youd need a 12" rim with 0mm to stick out 1-2"... (or a 10" wide rim with about -20mm offset)
Just make sure wheels are negative offset and not positive... many more positive offset wheels than negative out there lol
Or wheel spacers like posted above... for 1-2" spacers get the ones that bolt to your hubs and have another set of studs for the wheel... much safer at that width and weight of your vehicle...
