Exclamation Car troubles!!!! Please help!!!

My car took a poop yesterday when i was driving intown in traffic... When I was accelerating from a stop and shifted into 2nd, my car started "stalling out" so I pushed the clutch pedal and gave it some gas to keep it from stalling

(I have a very BEAT clutch that makes driving my car quite difficult at times lol I've been meaning to replace it... just been procrastinating)

The car only continued to die and I couldn't start it back up. I pushed my car into a post office parking lot and tried to start it a bunch of times but got ABSOLUTELY NOTHING when I turned the key. I checked the batt with a multimeter and it's resting at 13.5v. I am not sure where to go from here but im pretty positive it's an electrical issue. I'm thinking maybe the starter connections jiggled loose from my shaky 3 cylinder but that wouldn't explain the stall out.

My car also stalled out on the highway a week ago on my way to the hospital. I was flooring every gear and when I got into 4th, I lost all power until the car finally just shut off and all the dash lights came on. I couldn't start it back up when I was in motion, but when i pulled off into the shoulder it started right back up. I'm thinking maybe theres a fuel pump issue but i have no idea why theres no crank or ANYTHING whatsoever when i turn the key.

CAN YOU GUYS HELP?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Btw, I drive a 1990 Daihatsu Charade SX 1.0L.... I know, you've never heard of it lol but it's a VERY simple, VERY bare-bones, minimalistic car so it's not like trouble shooting electrical in a BMW or Cadillac Catera or something

oddly enough a friend had his car stall and it would start back up but run rough and stall again. he thought it was a fuel pump issue because when we checked the fuel pressure there was none. it turned out that a relay that goes to his fuel gauge was burned out and would only let the gauge read from 1/2 to full and wouldn't go any lower. TURNS OUT HE JUST RAN OUT OF GAS.

Honestly, I don't know where the relay would be located to listen for the click. I didn't hear any clear "click" when I turned the key but I could look for the sound if i know what I'm looking for. I noticed a plethora of relays right under the dash so is this where the relay would be located? Could this relay issue have been the cause of both stall-outs as well as the car's current 'dead' state?

This very well could be the cause! My gauge use to be all funky and outta wack since I bought the car. The guy who sold it to me was a drugged out diesel mechanic and he did a lot of little odds and ends repairs on the car before he sold it to me INCLUDING dropping the fuel tank and replacing the pump. I figured this is what caused my wacky fuel readings. Eventually it leveled itself out but I mean, it could very easily have gone bonkers again and given me a faulty reading of a half tank.

I really appreciate this help guys. I love this car to death and I will do whatever it takes to keep it alive! Everyone around here is a bunch of haters that want me to trash it but I have huge plans for it

but even if the tank IS empty, that wouldn't explain no power in any of the key positions so it must be electrical, right?
