not sure if lack of traction is from tires not being warm or not. maybe you need to adjust the suspension a touch to get it to launch straight.

yeah we are actually on the shut off end of the track. the starting line was being scraped so there was a major lack of "tack" down here the car has ran 9.00s and has no problem hooking on a prepped surface.

i will not be going that fast though. lol gonna start around 11s

Lay any vht down get the ground nice and sticky for at least the first 100ft. Also hows the 4 link setup if it has the difital 7 couod try taking out some timing out the gate and gently ramp it back in.

i was gonna suggest making the lower 4 link bar on the passenger side a tad longer to make car launch straight or shorten the drivers side lower bar

its actually a ladder bar setup. and its a 7al, but we also have a co2 throttle control and can put it on a throttle stop for a certain amount of time. might end up doing that if it ends up going too fast for me.

next weekend is an actual race, will get to launch the car on a prepped track.

If you have never launched it before where it will actually hook be prepared it will suprise you just dont try and over correct.

yeah, thats what everyone is saying. i have never launched up on slicks. ill be doing it on a trans brake ta boot.
