Default Strange noise... Help needed!

Okay so I was driving down the interstate today and my car began to make a strange noise. It is coming from the front left of the car and it only happens when I go above 60 mph. Below 60 mph the car drives perfectly normal. I am 95% sure that is not coming from the engine. When the car is revved in neutral, it doesn't make the noise. I checked to make sure nothing was lose and didn't find anything. I am stumped Vehicle is a 2008 mazda 3. Here is a quick video of the noise:

Kinda sounds to me like something is being fatigued by air flow at 60 ... could eliminate it by driving behind a big rig and c if it goes away lol

i just looked up some stuff and while i can't narrow it down to one perfect answer, just take it somewhere and have them diagnose it.. IF you do not think they can because of how fast you need to go for them to detect it if it's undetectable from a sitting position, take it and have it put on a dyno and have the mechanic there drive it.

Thanks for the help.. Checked all of the lug nuts and they're tight. Noise is not present when turning. And yeah it's definitely not detectable when sitting. I guess I will have to find somewhere with a dyno...

i got anywhere from CV, brakes, rotors, axle, wheel bearings, ball joints, engine, AC actuators, spark plugs and\or wires..

That's why i didnt wanna post all that.. make you clueless.

Besides the sound, pay close attention to the acoustical(besides clicking), torque, horsepower, vibrations, dummy lights and feel of the vehicle as a whole.

IF ANYTHING changes around the area of when it starts clicking.. i'd be getting a little more worried...

It doesn't make the noise when turning though.. So I doubt that is the problem... But I could be wrong

Haha yeah trust me I've been looking too.. Seems like there is no definite answer! But the vehicle doesn't behave any differently when the sound is occurring. It's just extremely annoying.... Also, the check engine light is on for evaporative emissions. Don't know if that could have anything to do with the problem?
