Default Precut tint

Anyone ever bought any off of an eBay vendor or elsewhere? I can install it no problems. Anyone have an opinion good or bad of somewhere you got some? Cutting tint is really the most pain in the ass part, my buddy is gonna help me install it, no problems there. If I has some precut then really it would be a breeze. Just don't want to have some purple bubble tint a year from now like all the hood rich cars around here.

hope you know you will still have to heat shrink the rear window, to install it and make sure you get 3m or avery don't get the cheap $20 no name brands.

Thanks for the responses guys!
I'm gonna do all the windows, a windshield strip, and probably get a piece at advance to do my sunroof a lil darker but I will probably take it to a shop and have them do the rear window only. That way if they **** up the defroster grid they can deal with it

That's a decent price there, and like you I'll just have a shop do the rear, how much did they charge you? I'm sure it will be alot cause I'm not getting the rest of the car done, but the shops around here are 2-250 for the whole car now.

The precut from here is $70 for all windows and the let you mix percentages for lighter fronts.
It shrinks well also.
I have purchased from them quite a few times and they will sell pieces if you mess up a shrink after the 1st purchase.
The tint is good and so is the cut.

I've always just never messed with tint because it requires such a perfect application to last. There's always been a place i've found that'll do it for a good price, about $40 each full size window which is reasonable for me. I also drive a truck though, and the ext cab windows are easy to get to and small so difficult cars also drive up the cost, the defroster in the window is also an increase.

Better to pay to have it done professionally and have it last 5-10 years then to do it myself and have to redo it in 2 years..

IF you have, I don't know how to say it but 'the artistic touch,' watching youtube vids on shrinking are spot on. (heatgun - I'm not brave enough for blow torch)
I have found the dryer sheet method to be easy for me and I've done some pretty curved windows.
I use the precut if people don't want to pay extra for a roll [in case I mess 1 up] but that has only happened years ago, I usually keep the extra and after a while I have enough to do another car for free.
