I was looking at getting this maybe for the winter. He said the key is stuck in the ignition, but I really don't care about that. The thing I'm worried about is the rust on the fenders, and rear tailgate. How big of a deal is this? Anyone with experience?
It's worth buying to drive, i wouldn't put the money in it to fix the body. They sell for $2500 here with no rust or problems. Also, look at all the fluids before buying. The transmissions on those years were the biggest weakness.
Nah, I'm just looking for something to drive in the winter, and take out to my friends farm. Obviously rust is worse up here where it snows, but some of these broncos are bad with the rust. I'm not looking to fix it up. I have a car that looks nice enough.
what sound around said. tail gates rot all to hell lower qt's are junk most of the time. frame rails by the rear shackles are most of the time rotted out and need to be replaced. also check the front lock outs
