^^This. I have a 5% 10" bar and 40% then rest of the way down, never had trouble though.

i had 20% on my whole front windshield, and two layers of 5% on the rest of my windows and back glass.. i got away with it for about 8 months but finally got pulled... now I have 1 layer of 5% and 35% on front windshield and have had no problems.

This is stupid. Why would you want to reduce visibility? I can understand for medical reasons, but even then, SUNGLASSES people.

with 40% its polarized so I have little to no reduction in visibility. Also with the 10" bar I don't need to pull my visors down anymore which increases visibility.
