Default How to tint tail lights..

How can I do this to my tails lights correct? Never done it so just want to make sure it's done correct..

What I am looking for
Car Audio Classifieds

My tail lights look like this on a Black chevy 2500 '05...

only way to do it imo
get some real clear and black paint
mix them together to get the right mix of tint/clear
sand tail lights with 2k grit
then paint
let dry
sand with 2k and then buff

get some of that tint from walmart and put it over the tail light

check out where i posted bro.he's done 3 sets for me and all came out perfect.plus you can choose how light or dark you want them.

i used nightshade on mine worked perfect!

before


after


i washed them with degreaser dish soap, let them dry and did a couple light coats of nightshade. total of 4 each light.

oh and i cant spray paint to save my life. mine came out great. very light coast was the key for me.

I just emailed them going to do head lights, tail lights all dark tint a spare set..
