Default Car Tune-Up

I was wondering what to do to "tune-up" my car.

I have a 1991 Caprice with a 305 engine.

It's old and it burns lots of gas and oil. It smells everything I stand outside it or after I shut it off.

I was thinking along the line of changing the spark plugs, etc..

none of that would help with burning oil
you might wanna put a catch can on it to help with that a little

I was thinking more along the lines of fixing it up to improve gas mileage.

It's a 305 Brah. I don't think mine burns a lot of oil. Gas is another thing. I'm gonna do my fuel lines this year and change/replace/rebuild the carb.
